Stepping from its advantages,Gemtech always makes it all efforts and resources to continuously
develop its new LCD products and new technology.After its 128*64 graphic display module with
extent operating temperature was developed,It has developed 240*128 and 320*240 dot matrix LCD
modules with blue backlight and CCFL backlight and FSTN display mode that all constructed its
series products line.Apart from these successes,Gemtech has also developed 128*128 4 gray scale
display TAB modules,which reached top level of the display technology in domestic market.Now,
Gemtech announced that it starts to develop the COF,color display module ad OLED display module
technology for the market demand.

   3.Final test and inspection (100% QC , Mechanical, electrical ,optical. )
   4.Functional test of LSI , LCD (contrast , etc) .

（２）Out Going quality control

　1.functional test . (electrical , AC , DC , terminal , mechanical )
    2.LCM QC test. (contrast characters , display , etc. )
   3.Sampling QC according to AQL Standard. (value=0.65% )


（３）Inspection for bought material , component , device

　1.Inspection for bought devices(Transistors , diodes , LSI s )
    2.Inspection for bought Components (resistors , capacitors , connectors .)
   3.Other materials (PCB , Zebra band…)
